Our dedicated fund services teams provide tailored services to our clients. Our experienced teams have extensive knowledge in administering a broad range of fund strategies and structures.

1. Fund Launch /Establishment

Reviewing all legal documents, including limited partnership agreements, private placement memorandum and other supporting documentation, from an operational perspective; Ensuring all agreements are in place and regulatory fillings completed; Managing compliance and due diligence requirements, including Know Your Customer ("KYC") and anti-money laundering ("AML") LP verification for application jurisdictions; Ongoing coordination with intermediaries, including legal advisors, auditors, regulators and custodians; Establishing the general ledger and creating a chart of accounts for the fund.

2. Investor Services

Performing investor due diligence, including KYC and AML services, in accordance with applicable jurisdictional AML Legislation; Processing capital calls, distributions and expense payments on behalf of the fund, ensuring that the capital calls and distributions are executed through an account in the name of the private fund; Maintaining the investor register of the fund; FATCA and CRS fillings for applicable jurisdictions; Operating, monitoring and reconciling bank accounts in required currencies on behalf of the fund; Providing investor reporting, including contract notes, statements, notices and other ancillary documents and correspondence; Providing timely responses to ad hoc enquiries from investors and their authorised representatives.

3. Fund Accounting / NAV Calculations

Valuing investment positions using independent market data Processing corporate actions and maintaining security masters; Reconciling cash, positions and transactions to prime brokers, custodians, managers and other counterparties; Independently verifying the existence of private assets; Calculating management fees, performance fees and equalisation adjustments; Compiling customised analytical reports; Preparing financial statements and assisting in the audit process by providing relevant accounting records and supporting schedules; Calculating net asset values.

4. Middle Office Services

Providing regular post-trade oversight and monitoring of the compliance of the funds; Reporting the performance on each of the valuation dates to the clients; Providing regular NAV statements to the holders of the funds; Assisting the Funds in selecting, appointing, and conducting ongoing monitoring of the related parties of the funds.

5. Partnership Accounting

Accounting for private assets, including direct and co-investment opportunities and special vehicle investments across various jurisdictions; Processing expense payments and ensuring they are in accordance with fund policies; Reconciling cash and positions to third-party statements or relevant transaction documents verifying that the fund holds title interest in those assets; Performing waterfall calculations and determining carried interest in accordance with fund documents; Preparing financial statements for the fund, including relevant note disclosures under IFRS or GAAP accounting standards; Assisting in the audit process by providing relevant accounting records and supporting schedules; Verifying that transactions involving the private fund's assets, any consideration is remitted to/ paid from an account in the name of the private fund and is not used to finance operations of the GP, including review of reimbursements to the GP to ensure compliance with the policies in this regard disclosed in the governing documents;

6. Shadow NAV Reporting

A shadow NAV report is a calculation used to verify the official NAV generated by the fund administrator. The process can either be handled by fund managers or outsourced to professional service providers. Some investors require fund managers to establish proper shadow NAV accounting procedures because the official NAV generated by the fund administrator is infallible and reduces the chance of NAV restatements. Significantly reduce NAV errors and lead time for NAV reports by actively engaging managers and shadow NAV accounting providers in independent cross-checks.

7. AML/KYC and FATCA /CRS

Collect and review Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Client (KYC) documentation in accordance with applicable requirements for the fund Collect and review of investor's FATCA and CRS self-certification documents in accordance with prescribed FATCA and CRS regulations and procedures Registration of Funds with local tax authorities. Appointment of FATCA Reporting Officer, MLRO, AMLCO Reporting of FATCA and CRS as per regulatory requirements

8. Financial Statements
